Korzen Health is partnering with one of the largest behavioral healthcare groups in Alabama. Due to continued growth and expansion of services, we are seeking a Psychiatrist to serve as collaborating physician for outpatient-based Nurse Practitioners.

The organization is headquartered in Montgomery, AL, with clinics throughout the state, and also provides inpatient services within hospital-based psychiatric facilities.

Please note: This opportunity is open to Psychiatrists only. We are not accepting collaboration from physicians of other specialties at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide collaborative oversight to Nurse Practitioners in accordance with Alabama state regulations
• Remain available for required consultations
• Estimated time commitment: 2-5 hours per month

Qualifications

• Licensed, practicing Psychiatrist
• Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Must reside and actively practice in the state of Alabama
• Must meet all licensing, credentialing, and collaboration requirements under Alabama law
• Responsive and able to assist with timely updates to CAQH profiles for credentialing submissions

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,000 monthly stipend per Advanced Practice Provider (APP) you collaborate with
• 1099 independent contractor position
